|GSRMC Parade Schedule for 2015
Parades are a fun way to show off your car and we hope
many of you will participate in one or both of the ones we
have coming up on Independence Day.
We have been invited back to the 4th of July parades in
Maywood and Ridgefield Park. Even though they are both on
July 4th, there is enough time between parades so those
who wish can participate in both. We need to line up for the
Maywood parade at 8:30am and the Ridgefield Park parade
starts at 11:00am. After the parades, you can head over to
the Petersons' in River Edge for a holiday BBQ.
Although it doesn't matter what year or body style Mustang
you have, we’d really like to see a good turnout of first
generation cars. We will be getting paid by both towns for
participating, so we’d like to have a good turnout at both.
Both parades are looking for a couple of convertibles to
carry dignitaries. Besides allowing back seat passengers,
they might also have magnetic signs for the VIP's. If you
can serve as the "cars for the stars", please contact me at
this e-mail address or see me at the May or June meeting.
