SUMMER CAR / MOTORCYCLE SHOW

Dear residents, friends and supporters:

As you know the Merchantville Car Show has been a great Borough
tradition since 1997. Each year hundreds of car owners participate and
thousands from throughout the East Coast attend. This event is an
exciting attraction to our downtown and a mirror of our community
spirit. The Borough and the Car Show organizers are to be proud and be
commended for their outstanding efforts.

In addition to the participants and visitors, the Merchantville Car Show is
carried out by teams of volunteers. Without them the show would not be
possible. Tasks such as sponsorships, publicity, entertainment,
scheduling and planning, to name a few, take months of preparation. For
the July 2010 Car Show to be a success, we need your participation.
Whether or not you are a car enthusiast, this is a great opportunity to be
part of an awesome event.

Please let us know if you are interested by replying to this email or leave
a message at 662-2474 extension 157. Feel free to pass this information
on to your friends and neighbors who would also be interested. We are
planning a series of meetings at the Merchantville Borough Hall and look
forward to seeing you there.Thank you for your time and attention in
